Affordable gym with plenty of equipment and free parking after 5pm

one of my favorite gyms to lift in. It may be dirty, loud, and rowdy, but the atmosphere is perfect for me.

Great gym been there for 11 years..new owners truely care and are fixing things that others let go. It is great seeing all of the changes to the space.

Been going here for about 3 years and it’s seen a lot of changes over that period. I’m also close with some of the previous staff members and have heard about some of the staff drama. It hasn’t been an easy few years for the company, but the gym itself has always been great for me. I like most of the people who go there and we usually say “hi” when we see each other.

New management is making a big effort to draw in folks from a variety of different fitness backgrounds, and the new construction changes are looking good. Front desk staff is always friendly, and although the class schedule is somewhat limited, class times are convenient and the classes are varied, from spinning to kickboxing to yoga, and even a popular high intensity class on Saturday. And the price is RIGHT.

This place is great! A lot of equipment, great trainers if you want them, clean, healthy food available, and some more random equipment for a change of pace like a gigantic tire and a rope climbing machine to keep things interesting.
